There will be an informational Parent Meeting for the Chamber Singers on Wednesday, August 29 at 6:00 pm, and another meeting for A Cappella Choir at 7:00 pm in the Choir Room (Room 102). The meetings are regarding the proposed 2019 Spring Tours. Parents and students are invited to come to the meetings to ask questions and to learn more about the itineraries, costs, and events surrounding each of the proposed tours. The "Tour Support/Non-Support" form is due on Friday August 31. This is not a commitment regarding going or not going on tour, but simply a choice of support or non-support for the tour as proposed, as well as a preference of destinations (there are 3 for A Cappella).
The Consent and Authorization Form and Student Contract for both the Chamber tour and the A Cappella tour are due on Friday, September 7, as well as the $50 Non-refundable deposit if students plan to participate in the first Choir Yard Sale on September 8. The Yard Sales (September 8 and 22) are held as fundraisers only for those students who are going on tour. The Consent and Authorization Form can be turned in after September 7.
The Consent and Authorization form commits the student and parents to go on tour. This is very important so that plans can be made well in advance.
